Salina Imaging’s Image Maker is Landry Stewart from Salina Central High School. Stewart is a member of the varsity basketball team enter her senior season for head coach Chris Fear. As a senior, Stewart said it is important for her to take on more of a leadership role this year.

“My leadership role this year is to hold my teammates and myself more accountable, to encourage them, and to show them by example,” said Stewart. “I love how close we are on and off the court, and I love how hard working my team is they work really hard not only practice, but out of practice too.”
Coach Fear said Stewart is a player who is willing to do whatever it takes to help her team succeed.

“Landry is unselfish and wants our team to be successful. Landry is an outstanding senior leader for our program,” said Fear.
“Being an unselfish player is to put yourself aside and strive for the teams benefit not yourself, make the better pass, I want to do well for my team not for myself really,” said Stewart.

This season Stewart is excited to see what this team can accomplish.
“I honestly am really excited to see what we can do as a team because we know that we have a ton of potential and now we just have to go out and play our best game,” said Stewart.
