Alex Kuder is a standout track and cross country runner from Minneapolis High School.

Last season in cross country, Kuder took 23rd at the 3A Tournament, where he finished with a time of 17:34, which was his personal record.

Next year, Kuder plans on attending Emporia State University to run cross country, but he will do so after he completes his basic training and AIT for the National Guard this summer and fall.

Kuder is looking forward to serving his country and at the same time, running for Emporia State.
