Emma Ruddle was an all-state basketball player and state champion track and field runner for McPherson High School.

Ruddle was an honorable mention all-state guard for the Bullpups last year, while also being named second team all-league.

In track, Ruddle has won three state titles and finished runner-up three more times. Last season, she won the 100-meter hurdles and took second in the 100-meter dash and the 4×100 relay.

Next year, Ruddle is heading to Fort Hays State University to play basketball.
