Dominic Neuse-Rasmussen of Inman was voted a defensive line poll winner. Neuse-Rasmussen has hopes to take his team and himself all the way this season.
“My expectations for this upcoming football season are to win every district game and win our district,” Neuse-Rasmussen said. “I also want to go to state again, only this time, win it.”
Besides being the best leader he can be for his team, another goal Neuse-Rasmussen is working towards is playing smart football.
“I feel that I am a leader, and want to teach the underclassmen what I have been taught over the years,” Neuse-Rasmussen said. “As for me personally, my goals for this season are to be the best that I can be and that entails, not allowing any sacks and not receiving any flags.”
Inman’s 2021 season was one to remember, and Neuse-Rasmussen was more than grateful to be a part of it.
“Last year Inman had its greatest football season in school history,” Neuse-Rasmussen said. “I got to be a part of that, and I am truly blessed and proud that I was. I have amazing coaches and teammates that made me the player that I am today.”
Neuse-Rasmussen would like to play football in college, but his course of study is yet undecided.
