Boys

Abilene 69, Clay Center 61 — Stuber had 17 points to lead Abilene.Lee scored 22 points and Hoffman had 18 for Clay Center.

Andover 80, Salina Central 66 — Andover’s Jack Johnson had 41 points, a school record, hitting 12 of 14 free throws. Kaleb Geddis had 12. Andover shot 72% from the field after the break in the victory. Reed McHenry led Salina Central with 27 points, hitting five three-pointers. Kickhaefer added 12.

Andover Central 47, Goddard 41 — Max Holcomb led Andover Central with 11 points in the victory. Goddard’s C. Moses scored 23 points.

Arkansas City 59, Eisenhower 58

Bluestem 57, Neodesha 40

Buhler 56, Augusta 46 — Max Alexander scored 31 points for Buhler. Augusta’s Brendan Parker had 15 points and R. Andrews had 14.

Campus 76, Derby 67 — Campus’ Sterling Chapman became the Colts’ career leader in points scored in the win.

Chaparral 59, Douglass 26 — Douglass’ Harden had 38 points for Chaparral.

Cheney 67, Belle Plaine 54

Conway Springs 67, Medicine Lodge 34 — Conway Springs’ Heath Hilger had 21 points and Zach Osner had 20. Medicine Lodge’s Scripsick had 11 points and Wedel had 10.

Collegiate 63, Andale 50 — Collegiate was led by Charlee Goree’s 17 points, Wesley Fair’s 16 and Makhi Braubrun’s 11. Andale’s Seth Reichenberger had 10.

El Dorado 58, Circle 57 — Jeremiah Kemboi and Connor Clausing each had 12 points for El Dorado.

Heights 67, North 38 — Heights’ Aviel Palmer scored 13 points, and Rolando Reed and Dreylin Kemp each had 11. North’s B. Woods had 12.

Hillsboro 72, Halstead 29

Hutchinson Trinity 75, Sedgwick 45 — Lucas Hammeke had 23 point and Landon Gray 20 for Hutch Trinity. Walt Gray added 14 points.

Kapaun 63, Southeast 56 — Blake Danitschek scored a team-high 15 points for Kapaun, Ethan Stuhlsatz had 13 and Grant Johnson 10.  Kapaun made 14 of 16 free throws in the fourth. Southeast’s Drew Carr scored 12 points and Kobe Smith had 10.

Kingman 57, Independent 55

Lakin 76, Deerfield 45 — Connor Hudson had 19 points for Lakin.

Lons 62, Hoisington 34

Maize South 44, Hutchinson 42 — Maize South’s Javan Buchanan had 17 points and Jeron Askren had 11. Hutchinson was led by Myles Thompson (12 points), Lang (11) and Robertson (10).

McPherson 59, Winfield 46

Minneapolis 57, Beloit 28

Mulvane 54, Wellington 32 — Mulvane’s Trey Abasolo became the team’s career leader in points scored when he passed Drew Ellis, who had 1,382 points. Ian Comer scored 12 to lead Mulvane, Abasolo had 11 and M. Ellis 10.

Northwest 57, South 43 — David Duncan scored 15 points and Todric McGee 11 in Northwest’s win. South’s Darryon Frierson scored 23.

Rose Hill 68, Clearwater 59 — Adriel Smith had 29 points to lead Rose Hill.

Salina South 58, Newton 45 — Josh Jordan had 14 points for Salina South and Jaxon Brackeen scored 18 for Newton.

Sedan 54, Caldwell 53

Trinity Academy 62, Garden Plain 50 — Christian Williams scored a game-high 21 points and Teagan Charles had 13.

Girls

Andale 37, Collegiate 27 — McKenzie Fairchild scored 16 to lead Andale.

Andover Central 56, Goddard 35 — Andover Central was led by Ellie Stearns (18 points), Maddie Amekporfor (16) and Brittany Harshaw (13) in the win. Maycee James scored 21 points and had seven rebounds and three steals for Goddard.

Argonia 50, West Elk 37 — Molly McClendon had 13 points for West Elk.

Augusta 42, Buhler 39 — Augusta’s Maycee Anderson had 13 points. Specht scored a game-high 14 points for Buhler.

Cheney 81, Belle Plaine 31 — Brynn McCormick led Cheney with 17 points and Kylee Scheer had 13.

Clay Center 52, Abilene 19 — Clay Centers’ Clara Edwards scored 27 points, hitting four three-pointers/ Lillard had 11 for Abilene.

Derby 60, Campus 26 — Addy Brown scored a game-high 24 points, Tatum Boettjer had 15 and Derryana Cobbins had 11 for Derby.

Eisenhower 57, Arkansas City 20

Halstead 43, Hillsboro 25 — Karenna Gerber scored 15 points for Halstead and Kaleigh O’Brien added 11. Hillsboro’s Z. Werth had 10 points.

Heights 61, North 34 — Laniah Randle scored 16 points and Cayanna Stanley had 15 for Heights. North’s AmUnique Cavitt had 16 and Noel Brown had 11.

Hesston 46, Larned 16 — Caryn Yoder had 11 points and Anna Humphries had 10 for Hesston.

Nickerson 61, Pratt 30 — Ava Jones led Nickerson with 31 points.

Rose Hill 47, Clearwater 41 — Lexie Rose led Rose Hill with 20 points, while teammate Haley Thrush had 10. Elizabeth Tjaden scored 20 points for Clearwater.

Salina Central 62, Andover 30 — Aubrie Kierscht had 24 points, hitting six three-pointers for Salina Central. Teammate Lici Samilton had 16 points, hitting all seven shots. Samilton added 11 rebounds and Hampton Williams had 10.

Salina South 38, Newton 26 — Sydney Peterson had 15 points to lead Salina South, while Marah Zenner led Newton with 10.

Sedan 64, Caldwell 33

Smoky Valley 32, Haven 21 — Smoky Valley was led by Adrian Hazelwood’s 12 points and 10 rebounds, a defense that held Haven to zero second-half field goals.

Southeast 56, Kapaun 53 — Jaila Harding led all scorers with 24 points and Jakhia Jones had 13 points. Kapaun’s Ella Anciaux and Jennifer Jacobs each had 19 points.

Trinity Academy 57, Garden Plain 44 — Austin Broadie had 26 points to lead Trinity, while Winter scored 15 and had eight rebounds. Madelyn Rolfs and Madysen Zoglman each scored 10 for Garden Plain. Brooke Hammond had nine rebounds and Rolfs added seven.

Wellington 68, Mulvane 23 — Wellington made 13 three-pointers in the victory.
